Company History

In 1979, United Building Service was formed by Thomas R. Holland and Raymond Holland of Raymond Holland and Company, an insurance restoration and home improvement contractor since 1970.

In 1986, United Building Service was incorporated and Thomas Holland became the president and sole shareholder. Raymond continued as a company officer until his retirement in 1997.

Starting in 2020 ownership was passed to a third generation.
